Yes, I did the same. There is no license generator here to make a license file, it is made by the supplier

Hello. It's a virus. Because it's damaged all exe files on the Windows. I spent 5 hours to clean programs from it, was infected 1700 files on my Windows.

You can try to run hwid.exe files from this archive and see.
