   It's important to note that the build doesn't include a patch to restore C4 support due to a functionality issue with Xentry VCI and VCX SE devices, which prevented them from working with new vehicles via the DoIP protocol. The patch authors have not given permission to make their solutions publicly available. You are responsible for finding and applying publicly available solutions for C4 yourself. Alternatively, you can download my build from 06.2024. If I perform the setup and activation, the solution will be applied as needed. I will configure and activate for C3 (virtual machine with version 09.2014), C4, C5, C6, Xentry VCI, E-NET, Topdon Rlink x7, VCX SE, and only original Scanmatik 2 and 3.
   This version does not include Xentry Trucks (no trucks) and does NOT work for Passthru J2534 devices.

    Renault CAN Clip v221 + Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 (J2534) is a budget-friendly diagnostic setup that uses a generic SAE J2534 PassThru cable instead of expensive dedicated OEM VCI hardware (like Alliance VI or Bosch RNM).
    Key Requirements & Setup
    Emulation via Registry: CAN Clip does not natively list third-party J2534 cables. You must edit the Windows registry to make Clip recognize the OpenPort as an OEM Alliance probe by setting the PassThru keys:

    OS Environment: Windows 10 or 11 64-bit.
    Capabilities
    Automatic VIN decoding and multiplex network scan (all-ECU health check).
    Reading and clearing DTC fault codes.
    Live sensor data monitoring and actuator functional tests.
    Maintenance resets and module adaptations/calibrations.
    Critical Limitations
    CAN-Bus Only (~2005+): OpenPort works reliably on high-speed CAN network vehicles (Megane III/IV, Clio IV, Captur, etc.). It does not support dual-wire or older ISO K-Line/L-Line protocols on pre-2005 models (Clio II, Scenic I, Laguna II ph1).
    No Offline Reprog: ECU flashing and configuration changes that require OEM gateway tokens or stable voltage switching are prone to communication drops on OpenPort clone adapters. For extensive programming, dedicated tools like Scanmatik 2 Pro or VNCI RNM are preferred.

    How to install (manual import, Windows)
    Launch certmgr.msc (or use the system “Certificate Import Wizard”).
    Choose Current User (recommended) → Personal store → Import.
    Select the file After_Sales_STANDARD_12.2025.p12 and click Next.
    If prompted for a password, enter it; leave “Include all extended properties” ticked.
    Finish the wizard → confirm the new certificate appears under Personal → Certificates.
    Also verify the chain (root/intermediate) is present under Trusted Root and Intermediate Certification Authorities.
    If not, repeat import for those stores (depending on your pack).
    Reboot or restart XENTRY-related services and test the connection.
    Notes & good practice
    • Import to Current User unless your environment policy requires Local Computer.
    • Do not modify store permissions unnecessarily; keep private keys non-exportable in production.
    • Time sync matters: ensure Windows date/time and time-zone are correct for TLS validation.
    Compatibility
    • Designed for modern Windows: Windows 10/11 (64-bit); also works on well-maintained Windows 7/8.1.
    • Verified by us on Windows 10 LTSC 2019. Hardware footprint is negligible.
