Contains all the versions of Tech2Win I could find and all have been fixed to be MSI installers.
All versions have been patched to run on Virtual Machines during the install.
If you run Global Tis you can then do a security download and get TIS programming approval and use these just like they were meant to be used.
If you don't run Global Tis and just want to use for codes and such you can copy the patched "emulator.exe" file from the crack folder from the version you installed to the install folder and access will never expire but TIS programming approval will not be available.
Folder to copy patched "emulator.exe" on x64 versions of windows is generally:
C:\Program Files (x86)\General Motors\Tech2Win\bin
and on x86 versions it is
C:\Program Files\General Motors\Tech2Win\bin
Config files and pcmcia files are available in one of my other posts and they generally get copied to :
C:\Users\Public\General Motors\Tech2Win\config
C:\Users\Public\General Motors\Tech2Win\pcmcia
But this can vary so please look carefully on your computer as they will be somewhere like the above folder.

3 - Run DTS Monaco 9.02 and close it, then you will get HWID.txt from C:\Progral Files\Softing\DTS9\9.02
4 - Copy the HWID from HWID.txt then paste it to DTS_9.02_KG.exe from folder (3. Keygen), click generate license key
5 - You will get the license file in (DTS_9.02_KG-new) folder, copy it and paste to C:\Progral Files\Softing\DTS9\9.02
And now DTS Monaco 9.02 is activated
